Shipping policy

Your order will be processed and dispatched within two business days, often sooner (excludes preorders and backorders). Orders may take longer to ship during peak times though. You will be notified via email if there are any delays in your order being shipped to you.

All orders will be dispatched via Australia Post. Australia Post often leave orders at the delivery address if they deem that there is a suitable place for the order to be left or the recipient has requested that their order be left. We have no control over Australia Post or how they determine whether to leave your order or not. If they do leave your order and there is tracking provided, the delivery person will often take a picture of where they left your order. If you do not want Australia Post to leave your order in a safe place, and prefer to collect it from your local Post Office, please note this on your order. We are not responsible for decisions that Australia Post makes, and any issues with orders being left in a safe place or not received need to go through Australia Post. 

You can choose optional extras at checkout which includes 'Signature on Delivery', 'Insurance', and 'Insurance + Signature on Delivery' for Standard Delivery and 'Express + Signature on Delivery' for Express Post. If you would like to purchase Insurance for orders shipped via Express Post, please contact us at sales@3wisecrafters.com.au and the price can be provided. An invoice for the Insurance cost for orders shipped via Express Post will be emailed to you and requires payment before your order can be dispatched, otherwise your order will be shipped without Insurance.

These options will assist if there are any issues with your order being delivered by Australia Post. Any order under $100 is automatically insured by Australia Post. All orders insured for $501 or more automatically requires 'Signature on Delivery'. It will make the process easier for you if you need to make a claim for compensation with Australia Post if you have purchased additional Insurance and Signature on Delivery. 

PRE-ORDERS - Any orders containing "Pre-order" products will be held until the pre-ordered items arrive. If you do not want your items held until the pre-ordered items arrive, please place two separate orders.

SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA

FREE shipping on orders $100+ within Australia (including GST). Order must total $100+ after any discounts have been applied to be eligible for free shipping.

FLAT RATE shipping of $10.95 within Australia for all order under $100.

EXPRESS POST shipping rates:

• 0-0.5kg - $14.65
• 0.5-1kg - $19.25
• 1-3kg - $23.80
• 3-5kg - $31.80

Signature on Delivery, Insurance or Insurance + Signature on Delivery - variable costs which are displayed at checkout for Standard shipping. Insurance costs for orders shipped via Express Post will be provided on request. Please send an email to sales@3wisecrafters.com.au for pricing. Invoices will be emailed to the customer for payment to be made before your order will be shipped via Express Post with Insurance. All orders Insured for over $500 require 'Signature on Delivery'.
